" Simply put, it has been a hassle-free relationship with Champaign County Realty (CCR). We live in the Chicago area and after both our daughter and son graduated from U of I, we found ourselves in the unfortunate position of owning a condo in Urbana we neither needed nor wanted. After some on line research and meeting with a number of realtors in the Champaign-Urbana area, we decided to list the condo with CCR for sale or lease, whichever presented the first opportunity. CCR marketed the property and within three months we had a prospective tenant. CCR conducted the credit check and made recommendations regarding an appropriate security deposit and a competitive montly rent. CCR has also arranged for several minor repairs at a reasonable cost which again has been a major convenience. We would not hesitate recommending CCR to those in a similar situation as we found ourselves in. We have been very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism exhibited by CCR."

"I feel very lucky to find Champaign County Realty to manage my rental property in the Champaign-Urbana area. I left Urbana in the middle of November because of a job relocation. It was not a good time for property renting and soon heavy snows would be arriving. I was worried about the condition of the house during the winter months, but felt relaxed because of PJ's frequent visits to the house, as well as the good maintenance he provides. " We are very pleased with Champaign County Realty and the professional service they offer. We are out of state residents who have listed our condo with them. We were impressed with how quickly a qualified tenant was found, and the fact that they are monitoring the property for us. PJ has responded to our e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner. Cleaning before the tenant moved in was handled for us, and needed repairs were arranged by PJ, releiving us of a 5 hour trip to take care of these necessities.
